OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

As MOGUL Tekstil, we accept the health and safety of our employees and all persons who may be affected by our operations as our top priority, in line with the nature, scale and OHS risks of our activities. In accordance with our ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and our Integrated Management Systems Policy, we adopt the creation of a safe and healthy working environment as our shared responsibility. Accordingly, we commit to:

Fulfilling applicable OHS legislation and other obligations,
Preventing occupational accidents, occupational diseases, injuries and ill health; providing safe and healthy working conditions,
Identifying hazards, eliminating them at source wherever possible, reducing OHS risks and evaluating OHS opportunities,
Ensuring the consultation and effective participation of employees and employee representatives in OHS processes,
Supporting the reporting of hazards, near-misses, non-conformities and unsafe conditions without fear of retaliation,
Protecting employees' right to refuse to work and to safely remove themselves from dangerous situations in cases of serious and imminent danger,
Ensuring employees' access to training, information, competence, health surveillance and personal protective equipment appropriate to their duties,
Creating a working environment that protects employees' physical and mental health and does not tolerate violence, harassment, discrimination or oppression,
Effectively managing OHS risks that may arise from contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and visitors,
Proactively assessing OHS risks in new investments, processes, products, technologies and organizational changes,
Being prepared for emergencies, implementing response plans and conducting regular drills,
Investigating the root causes of occupational accidents, occupational diseases, near-miss events and non-conformities to prevent recurrence,
Preventing fire risks; keeping fire detection, alarm, suppression, emergency exit and evacuation systems continuously operational; and continually improving our fire preparedness level through regular inspection, maintenance, training and drills,
Providing the necessary resources to monitor our OHS objectives and targets, and continually improving the effectiveness of our OHS Management System and our OHS performance.

This policy provides a framework for setting OHS objectives and targets; it is communicated throughout the organization, its understanding and implementation are ensured, it is made available to interested parties, and it is periodically reviewed and updated as necessary.
