INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS POLICY
In line with its purpose and strategic direction, MOGUL Tekstil manages its ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO/IEC 27001 management systems, together with ISO 10002 and, where applicable, ISO 22716 guidelines, in a holistic manner within the framework of quality, environmental, OHS, energy, information security, social compliance, business ethics, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, and sustainability principles. Accordingly, we commit to:
Fulfilling applicable legal, regulatory, customer, contractual and other obligations,
Increasing customer satisfaction; ensuring product and service quality, product safety, hygiene and good manufacturing practices; managing feedback and complaints in a transparent and traceable manner,
Protecting the environment, preventing pollution, using natural resources efficiently; reducing waste, emissions and environmental impacts, and taking climate change-related risks and opportunities into account,
Providing safe and healthy working conditions; eliminating hazards, reducing OHS risks and ensuring the consultation and participation of employees and employee representatives,
Continually improving energy performance; taking energy efficiency into account in design, purchasing and operational decisions and providing the necessary information and resources,
Protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets and effectively managing information security risks,
Respecting human rights and fair working conditions; fulfilling requirements relating to working hours, wages, and the rights of organization and collective bargaining; showing zero tolerance for child labor, forced labor, discrimination, harassment and ethical violations; protecting good-faith reports against retaliation,
Encouraging our suppliers' and business partners' compliance with applicable legislation, our ethical principles and Integrated Management System requirements; taking quality, environmental, OHS, ethics and sustainability criteria into account in selection and evaluation processes,
Enhancing the competence, awareness and responsible participation of our employees and business partners,
Managing risks and opportunities, providing the necessary resources, and continually improving the performance of our Integrated Management System and our sustainability approach, we hereby commit.
This policy provides a framework for setting Integrated Management System objectives and targets; it is communicated throughout the organization, its understanding and implementation are ensured, it is made available to interested parties, and it is periodically reviewed and updated as necessary.
