Core Product Technologies: Durell, Spunbond & Meltblown
Durell Cross-Lapped Spunlace
Cross-lapping technology provides superior strength with MD/CD (Machine Direction/Cross Direction) ratios close to 1:1. Our 3200 mm (126") wide line produces weights from 30-200 gr/m². Applications: Headliners, door trim panels, ABC pillar covers, car covers, LPM low-pressure injection molding, trunk covers, and cable wrapping.
Mono & Bicomponent PET Spunbond
We produce mono-component PET spunbond on two 320 cm wide lines; available in both pointbond (15-180 gr/m²) and flatbond (17-145 gr/m²) options with round and trilobal filament shapes. Our 365 cm (144") bicomponent line produces PET/CoPET core/sheath materials (20-150 gr/m²) in round and tipped trilobal configurations. Excellent for carpet backing, seat components, airbag covers, interior upholstery, and cabin air filtration.
Meltblown & SMS Composites
Six 160 cm wide production lines offer pure meltblown (15-450 gr/m²), calendered SMS (29-200 gr/m²), and ultrasonically bonded composites (90-400 gr/m²). Available in PP, PBT, TPU, PLA, and PE with thermal calendering and ultrasonic bonding. Applications: Acoustic components, dashboard insulation, seat interior trim, and Q-Wick® meltblown wipes.
Customized Solutions: Complete Product Ecosystem
Motex (PP Spunbond Fabrics)
Four production lines (160-320 cm) producing 10-150 gr/m² in various colors and treatments. Ideal for lightweight composites and seat components with optional FR (Flame Retardant) and antistatic treatments.
Aqualace (Parallel Laid Spunlace)
Two production lines at 320 cm width, range 30-100 gr/m². Fiber options: Viscose, Tencel, Polyester, Cotton, Bamboo, PLA, PP, and Bio PET—%100 pure or blended with up to 3 different fibers. Hydro-embossing available. Applications: Headliners, cable wrapping, adhesive tape carriers.
Madaline (Fibrillated Bico Microfilament Hydro-entangled Fabric)
A fabric using patented state-of-the-art bicomponent technology combining polyester and polyamide. Through a sophisticated process, microfilaments are simultaneously fibrillated, entangled, and consolidated into a superior performance fabric.
