INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY 

As MOGUL Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Mogul Tekstil), we recognize that information is a critical asset for the continuity of our operations, the trust of our stakeholders and the protection of our corporate values. In line with our ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System and our Integrated Management Systems Policy, we adopt as our fundamental responsibility the protection of all information assets , whether in electronic, printed, verbal or physical form , against information security risks.

Accordingly, we commit to:

  • Protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets,
  • Identifying information assets and their owners, systematically assessing information security risks and managing them with appropriate controls,
  • Fulfilling applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, customer and other information security obligations,
  • Ensuring that personal data and corporate information are protected against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, loss and destruction,
  • Managing access to information in line with business need, authority and responsibilities,
  • Ensuring the timely reporting, investigation, impact mitigation and recurrence prevention of information security incidents and suspected breaches,
  • Establishing, implementing and regularly reviewing plans that support business continuity and the resilience of information systems,
  • Managing information security risks that may arise from suppliers, contractors, external service providers and business partners,
  • Enhancing the information security awareness, competence and responsible conduct of our employees and relevant parties through training and communication activities,
  • Providing the necessary resources to monitor our information security objectives and targets, and continually improving the effectiveness of our Information Security Management System and our information security performance.

This policy provides a framework for setting information security objectives and targets; it is communicated throughout the organization, its understanding and implementation are ensured, it is made available to interested parties, and it is periodically reviewed and updated as necessary.
